Decent, but could improve
I ordered the 'Floral Absolutes' collection and a set of 'Graduated Cylinders' from Vetiver Aromatics. The absolutes arrived well-packaged and the quality seems good; the scents were true to their description. The cylinders were also as expected, sturdy. My main quibble is that the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently, so I wasn't always sure where my package was until it was almost here. It took 5 days to reach my home in Texas. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but better proactive updates would be great. Overall, a positive experience, but not perfect.
Reliable for my supplies
